The Sparta Avenue Stage is an intimate theater that specializes, but not exclusively, in magic performances. Originally a "firehouse", the structure fell into disrepair and was purchased at auction in June 2010 by local Sparta residents Joe and Diane Garsetti. After a two plus year renovation period, the theatre opened to the public in September of 2012. The Stage has hosted some of the finest close-up magicians and stage performers from all over the planet. Sparta Stage Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization.
